Customer Feedback Survey – Quarterly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Red Loft Limited, of Fifth Floor, Crystal Gate, 28 – 30 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2AH (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to customers aged 18 or over who have been invited by the Promoter to complete its post-purchase customer feedback survey following completion of their property purchase. Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible customers must:

1. Complete the customer feedback survey; and

2. Select “Yes, enter me into the prize draw” when asked whether they would like to participate.

There is no additional charge to enter the prize draw.

Only one entry per completed property purchase/customer will be accepted for each applicable prize draw period.

Participation in the prize draw is optional and will not affect the customer's relationship with the Promoter.

Entry into the prize draw is not dependent on providing positive feedback. All eligible completed surveys will be treated equally for the purposes of the prize draw, regardless of the ratings, comments or feedback provided.

4. Prize Draw Periods

The prize draw operates on a calendar-quarter basis, with four prize draws held each year.

The entry periods are:

Quarter 1: 1 January to 31 March

Quarter 2: 1 April to 30 June

Quarter 3: 1 July to 30 September

Quarter 4: 1 October to 31 December

Each quarterly prize draw opens at 12:00am on the first day of the relevant entry period and closes at 11:59pm on the final day of that period.

Eligible entries received during each period will be entered into the corresponding quarterly prize draw.

Entries received after 11:59pm on the relevant closing date will automatically be entered into the following quarterly prize draw.

Each eligible entry will be included in one quarterly prize draw only.

The winner for each quarterly prize draw will be selected within 14 days of the relevant closing date.

5. The Prize

One winner will be selected for each quarterly prize draw.

The winner will receive a £100 John Lewis gift voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

6. Selecting the Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the applicable prize draw period.

The selection will be made using a verifiably random process or under the supervision of an independent person.

7. Notification of the Winner

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in connection with their prize draw entry.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

8. Personal Information

Personal information provided for the purpose of entering the prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw, including selecting and contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

Entering the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy

9. Survey Responses

Entry into the prize draw is not dependent on providing positive feedback.

All eligible completed surveys will have an equal opportunity of winning, regardless of whether the feedback provided is positive, neutral or negative.

Survey responses will be used to help the Promoter understand customers' experiences and identify opportunities to improve its services.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
